Who we are
Gano Excel Online is a site operated by an independent authorized Gano Excel distributor, based in Colombia, with shipping currently limited to Colombia. We are not Gano Excel International nor an official company channel; we do not represent, speak on behalf of, or have any corporate link to the parent company beyond our status as an authorized distributor.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of this site, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The products
The products we offer are supplements and consumer items made with Ganoderma Lucidum extract. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on the site and from our AI assistant is for informational purposes and does not replace the advice of a health professional.
The business opportunity
Information about Network Marketing and the compensation plan is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee income or results: these depend on each person's effort, dedication, and circumstances. Gano Excel operates in Colombia under Law 1700 of 2013, which regulates network marketing.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must provide us with truthful, up-to-date information when registering.
Purchases and payments
Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Wompi, a third-party payment provider. If you choose to save a card or Nequi account for future payments, your full card number and security code are never stored on our servers: Wompi tokenizes them and we only keep a reference (brand, last 4 digits) to show you. Product availability is subject to stock.
Third-party trademarks
The Visa, Mastercard, Nequi, and PSE logos are shown on the site and mobile app solely to indicate the payment methods available through our payment gateway, Wompi. They are registered trademarks of their respective owners, and their presence here does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by those brands toward Gano Excel Online, beyond our acceptance of those payment methods as an affiliated merchant.
Shipping
We currently ship only within Colombia. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Right of withdrawal and legal warranty
In accordance with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days following delivery, provided the product has not been used and retains its original packaging and security seals. Use of the AI assistant
The AI assistant provides information based on official Gano Excel material to help you answer questions about the product and the business. Its responses are informational, may contain inaccuracies, and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, images, design) is the property of the distributor or of Gano Excel International, as applicable, and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced without authorization.
Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia.
